I helped create spaces where people felt welcomed, connected, and seen. Every event taught me that meaningful experiences are built through thoughtful details, teamwork, and genuine hospitality.

HOSPITALITY

ITS ABOUT MAKING SOMEONE FEEL BELONG ❤ FROM A SMILE TO THEIR FIRST IMPRESSION.

Every Sunday, I help prepare and coordinate Mass, ensuring each celebration is welcoming and organized. Beyond weekly services, I collaborate with my team to plan and execute major Shrine events—from the October 18 Feast of Our Lady of Schoenstatt to the annual Pets Day Mass and other community celebrations.

University Concert Leadership- 2025

I organized and led a Catholic concert at the University of Texas Speedway with the goal of creating a space where students could encounter faith through music and community. From coordinating with two Catholic artists to designing the event’s T-shirts, booklets, and concert program, I managed both the creative and operational sides of the event. I also oversaw outreach efforts, secured the venue, and ensured all university regulations and reservation requirements were met, resulting in a well-organized event that welcomed students from across campus.

Logistics Head | Citywide Service Mission- 2024

Selected as Logistics Head for a week-long service mission in Austin, overseeing the planning and execution of an event serving more than 100 student missionaries across seven teams (SERVICE, COOKS, MEDIA, MUSIC, CORE, SPIRITUALITY, AND FINANCE). With just two months of preparation, I coordinated every logistical detail to ensure the mission ran smoothly from start to finish.

My responsibilities included creating the weekly schedules, organizing housing assignments, coordinating carpools and transportation, assigning service sites, planning parish activities, and leading my own logistics team. Throughout the week, I managed day-to-day operations, responded to last-minute changes—including service site cancellations—and worked closely with volunteers and organizers to keep every team informed and on schedule.

After the mission concluded, I gathered and organized photos and media from the week to create promotional content that encouraged future participation and showcased the mission’s impact. The success of the event was recognized by Fr. Jeff and Fr. Gonzalo, who commended our team for delivering a well-organized and meaningful experience for everyone involved.
