What Makes Marina, Marina?
I’ve never had a neat, tidy answer to the question, “Tell me about yourself.” At twenty-four, I don’t think life is about having every step figured out—it’s about staying curious, staying open, and leading with heart.
I’m the proud daughter of hardworking immigrant parents who poured love, grit, and purpose into everything they built. Growing up working in our family’s restaurant taught me the real meaning of hospitality. Since I was sixteen, I’ve managed the rush, solved behind-the-scenes chaos, and welcomed people from every walk of life. It sharpened my leadership and organization, but more than anything, it taught me how to read a room, listen deeply, and make people feel truly seen.
That foundation is why I’m drawn to bringing people together. My sweet spot lives at the intersection of intentional logistics and heartfelt storytelling—which is why my dream is designing weddings and milestone events. Whether I’m mapping out a gathering, taking photographs, building a website from scratch, or curating creative content, I’m always asking the same question: How can I create an experience people will hold onto forever?
At my core, I’m happiest when I’m creating beauty from scratch, celebrating love in all its forms, and giving people a reason to pause, connect, and remember.
